FAMOUS INTROVERT

Terms & Conditions

Draft terms for studio bookings and creative services.

Draft for review: Replace each highlighted instruction with the business’s actual policy. Have the final terms reviewed before using them with clients.

1. Services and booking requests

Famous Introvert provides recording, photography, videography, and other creative services as described in the client’s written quote or booking confirmation. Sending a booking request does not by itself confirm a session. The studio will confirm the service, package, date, time, and price in writing.

2. Pricing and deposits

The studio will provide the package price and any deposit amount before the client is asked to pay. A booking is confirmed when [state the required confirmation steps]. Payment methods and payment due dates will be stated in the written confirmation.

3. Cancellations and rescheduling

The cancellation, rescheduling, and refund rules must be provided to the client before payment. [Insert the studio’s notice periods, refund terms, and any exceptions.] Applicable consumer rights are not changed by this page.

4. Session timing and client responsibilities

Clients should arrive at the agreed time and bring any materials or information needed for the session. The written booking confirmation should explain how late arrivals, extra time, additional revisions, and changes to the project will be handled. [Add the studio’s specific rules.]

5. Project files and usage rights

The quote or written agreement for each project should identify what files or finished work the client will receive, the expected delivery timing, and how the client and studio may use the work. [State the studio’s file delivery, storage, copyright, and portfolio-use terms.]

6. Client-provided materials

Clients are responsible for having permission to provide any music, images, logos, or other materials they ask the studio to use. Clients should tell the studio about any required permissions or restrictions before production begins.

7. Privacy

The studio should explain what personal information it collects through booking forms, how it uses and protects that information, and how clients can contact the business about it in a separate Privacy Notice. Add a link to that notice here once it is available: [link to Privacy Notice].

8. Changes to these terms

The studio should state how updates to these terms will be published and when updated terms apply to new booking requests. [Add the business’s update process.]

9. Contact
